Weddings

If you are looking for a church in which to be married, a minister from Forest Hill United Church would be happy to conduct your wedding in our beautiful and intimate sanctuary. Dates are available throughout the year. Brides and grooms are encouraged to make the ceremony a personal one that reflects the individual commitments and promises being exchanged.

We recommend Marriage Preparation courses offered by the Interfaith Pastoral Institute in Cambridge. Please contact them directly at 519-622-1670.

Baptisms

The staff of Forest Hill United would also be happy to assist if you are seeking a church in which to baptize your child. Parents are invited to a pre-baptism seminar at the church. These seminars are held from time to time throughout the year. The purpose of the sessions is to prepare parents for the commitment they are making to raise their child in the Christian church. If you are not already connected to a faith community it is also hoped that you will consider becoming a member of Forest Hill. We want to continue to support you and help you as you grow in your faith and pass it on to your children.
