Arts and Technical Awards
Young people (12-24 years) can support an interest or passion in Fine and Performing Arts or Technical/Graphic Design by applying for one of these annual awards. A broad selection of related educational activities or required physical assets will be considered.
Applications are closed for 2026. Applications for 2027 will open April 1 2027
VBS Registration
Youth can enjoy a week of summer day camp filled with fun activities guided by a spiritual perspective of current issues. The 2026 summer day camp theme is “God is The Gardener”. The program will delve into ecology, the environment, the changes in climate we see and how, through our actions, we can make a better place in God’s garden.
Meal Ministry
Meal Ministry delivered through Singles and Seniors is your opportunity to enjoy a dinner with the fellowship of other people of Forest Hill United Church. Dinner is at 5:00 pm, usually the second Friday of the month. We need to know the number of dinners to make, so press the button to register. You can bring a person with you, so add a name in the “Accompanying Person” slot on the form.

Name Tags
Name tags help other know you. Most people like to hear their name when talking to others. It builds fellowship.
The price of a name tag is $14 which is payable: by
cash or cheque at the church office

Room Booking
Members of the church sometimes need a room for a face to face meeting or event. This form will collect the information needed for a room booking. Remember to book early as the rooms have a high level of use.
PAR Form
To start making your church donation using Pre-Authorised Remittance (PAR) or to update your PAR donations, download the PAR form, complete it using the instructions and get the completed form to the church office.
Vendor Registration for Bazaar
The Winter Wonderland Bazaar is a great opportunity for craft vendors to expose their offerings to the traffic attending the event. For more details and to complete an application to register for space at the bazaar, select the Register button
2025 was a great Bazaar year. Registration for Bazaar 2026 will likely open in the summer of 2026
Turkey and Trimmings
Turkey and Trimmings is a hot lunch with fellowship and music. The buffet opens about noon and is usually held on the last Thursday before Christmas.
Physical tickets are not issued but you need to reserve your seat. Press the oval button on the right to register. You can register others with you, so add their first and last names in the “Other People” place on the form.
You will receive an email confirmation from “David White”, and another email with your responses from “Form Response Receipts”.
