Music at Forest Hill and Trinity United Churches
Choir
Your Voice Belongs Here!
Forest Hill and Trinity United Churches are delighted to share a vibrant, combined choir and we’d love for you to be part of it!
Our choir sings most Sundays at the 10am service from September through early June, including the occasional special service.
On a typical Sunday, we help lead the hymns and perform a featured choral piece (called an anthem). Our music is wonderfully varied from contemporary Christian songs and traditional sacred music to the occasional musical theatre or pop tune.
We rehearse on Thursdays from 7:00–8:30pm, and gather again Sundays at 9:30am before the service.
Reading sheet music is a bonus, but it’s definitely not required. The most important thing is a love of music, a willingness to learn, and a desire to have fun together.
Everyone is welcome - come sing with us!

Instrumentalists
Join Our Musical Family!
At Forest Hill & Trinity United Churches, we bring a variety of musical instruments into our worship services and there's always room for more!
Our Praise Band features instruments like drums, bass, and guitars. They play at select services, helping to lead hymns and support the choir. Rehearsals are flexible and arranged based on everyone's availability.
We also love to highlight individual instrumentalists during Sunday services either with a solo or by adding layers to a choir anthem. In the past, we’ve welcomed violin, flute, clarinet, double bass, and more. Whatever you play, we’d love to hear from you!
If you're interested in sharing your musical talents, reach out to M.J. and we’ll find the perfect fit.
